5 Best Warm-Up Exercises You Should Do Before Dancing
It

When your body is warmed up, it gets trained to move due to the
inertia of motion. The warming up exercises helps in reducing the
risk of injury and also makes your body more prepared to dance. As
the pulse rate of the body increases, the body temperature also
rises. This makes the tissues of your body more elastic and flexible.
Here are some of the warm-up exercises which one should practice
before dancing.

it, you should have increased heart rate and faster inhalation and
exhalation.
